My boyfriend is a cook there and I know they do accommodate gluten-free as much as possible. They’ll even go to the lengths of making a brand new sauce from scratch that’s gluten-free (no flour/roux base)!
I cannot say I know they do have great service and the good I've eat there has been fantastic
