There is dog/puppy cat/kitten care plans you pay monthly for, they take care credit, credit cards, cash and check. No sliding scale im aware of. It can be high at times if just paying out of pocket. We have both our dogs on the doggy plans. Well worth it and covers quite a bit depending which plan you go with. Only vets i recommend.

I have had one of the vets refer me to someone else when planning care because she knew that we were struggling., We've used their care care credit, they're expensive,but you get what you pay for..
