I would half2 tell you not to go to Ruby's at night the service was very bad at night i was very disappointed as far as food allergies you have to check the menu and it should indicate what you can and cannot eat off of the menu...
I can only speak about my experiences. The salad bar could not have sucked more. If you have the time drive 20 minutes south to Dover and go to the Outback. Salad is terrific especially when teamed up with some French Onion soup for little bit over $10. But whatever you do don't eat at the Casino.

Salad bar would be out. The have bacon and mushrooms. I would worry about cross contamination. We have several restaurant's in the area that you might find suitable for your visit.
