I don't believe it. You went to Chick-Fil-A and was given no chicken?!🤔 ... That's like going to KFC and ordering a 12 piece and got nothing but biscuits. 🤦🏾♀️ ... I frequent that particular Chick-fil-A and even during their busiest hours, the staff is always friendly, courteous and polite. I'm pretty sure if a mistake like that did happen, they would have apologize, refund your money and gift you a free meal.
That's a very busy Chick fil A. The staff have always been friendly to me. Did you ask for a free replacement sandwich. I'm confident they will take care of it.
Unfortunately I'm serious. I love chic fil a but this is the worst one by far..... yes yes yes they gave me biscuit with no damn chicken! I've given this location several changes and finally I had to leave a review! Rude and slow minded...sorry. spoke to the am manager and her customer service skills are very low.ayne the am rush got to her but what are they paying you for if you cant accommodate a frustrated customer??????
