Yes you can still check out books but if you fine it's $8 then you can't or could be $10 I am pretty sure it's $8
If the fine is $10 or more, then your account will be blocked. If you bring it down to $9.99, you're good to go! Also, if your fines are 7 years old or older, then we can actually forgive them. Please call us at 360-533-2360 to give you more information about this process.
