My car was towed , after I was taken by ambulance to the ICU for a week with a lacerated spleen, swollen liver, fractured ribs and bruised lungs.after I received a huge bill for towing. I had coverage but could not communicate.do I have to pay 860?

Ro was transported so police called the tow. they went off of a rotation list from Thurston County dispatch and vehicle was brought back to the yard as and processed as impound for safekeeping. this is where full coverage insurance would come in and cover the vehicle and pay the impound and storage fees. if you have liability insurance it'll only cover property damage and other parties vehicles Leaving you responsible for towing collision and replacement of your vehicle. Unfortunately if the vehicle is left there it occurs a daily storage fee up to a maximum of 21 days. I believe the vehicle in question here is still sitting in the yard. I understand your conditions which is why we tried to help the RO out by cutting the bill in half. But this is a business and we still have to get paid for the services we perform.
