What cut of beef is used for Maui steaks

I'm not sure exactly what cut it is but it's tenderized it's pretty good usually there thick

Petite sirloin ran through a tenderizer twice, that is what I was told way back when they first came out with them.

Can be any cut you want but traditionally ribs are used
