A while back executive cards got you in earlier. We've always had executive membership but never tried early entry and don't think they have it anymore. Our business membership does not get early access either.
If they are open I get in every time by just showing my card as far as I know all Costco's are that way

I do not believe that Executive provides any additional benefits aside from receiving cash back at the end of the year on purchases made at Costco. TMK, "No, Executive does not allow you early access to shop."
