No you don't. But you will pay taxes. I bought some plants from them and they are doing great. Im an outside grower and had no problems with the transition to out doors.
No. You can have up to 3 plants without a card
No...but you Will pay the taxes. Card holders have a bit of a price break. And these folks have some decent clones. I've had good success with previous purchases. I hope that helps.
