I know a week but 2 wouldn't surprise me, they are open far beyond bankers hours and they have little rotational staffing.
Dont go in if you don't have cash or a check they DO NOT take creit cards. And their our no signs put up that say so. I couldn't get my food they had made due to that error. And the one lady that was in there was very rude. Was talking about me i think because she went in the back to prepare the food and i saw her pointing at me a couple times.
