We had an emergency visit and dropped off the cat and left. For our scheduled appointment, they took the cat inside and we waited for about 20 minutes then the vet called with results. They have a very organized system. I was impressed.
With covid visits are done efficiently with pet while you wait in vehicle and vet calls you with results.
