I suggest going to https://fishonfreedom.com The Freedom charter boat at float 8 is my favorite. There is no bad diesel fumes like most charter boats out there, the crew is very nice and help you with everything and very fast and good at there job. Captain Chuck is the best, he knows where all the good spots are and almost guarenteed to limit out every time. Also, Freedom Charter is usually cheaper by $10-$20 per person compared to the other charter boats.
Depends what you're fishing for. Bottom fish and salmon trips are usually around $200-$250 per seat. Tuna day trips around $450, overnight tuna trips closer to $600. But it varies depending on the charter you choose.
