I HATE getting my hair cut because it always gets messed up so I'm trying to look elsewhere to get my layers back. Do they do walk ins? Or do I have to make an appointment?

They do them as long as there is an opening. You should definitely make an appointment.

I believe you can. But the Ulta in Federal way is always busy. There may not be room for walkins.
And this the highest volume store for district.
