Chad's all over it. You're limited to bank spankin' it if you can't secure a boat. The only "lakes" on the Columbia are from high water levels. The couple bodies of water that actually have something other than a newt, ie Benson, only have carp, bass, & a few cats (generally speaking).
If your referring to the slough and ponds yes there are catfish carp and bass.
Chinook landing is on the Columbia River, you can fish of the shore, or you can launch from the boat landing.
There are the little overflow ponds around, but they are dry half the year. Just fish the river. There is access in the park to the river banks for fishing, or you can launch a boat here to access the whole river for fishing.

There's a river, but I don't know of any lakes. Salmon, trout, and many others depending on the season.
