They require proof of address. We used our rental agreement. They say you have to be in Hoquiam but I know people from Aberdeen get food too
You need a utility bill with your name on it, dated in the last month, with a Hoquiam address and ID I believe.
It says you need to show proof of hoquiam residency but I believe anyone can get some emergency food. You may need to be from grays harbor county
