When I called in I would speak to manager to fix this and if it didn't get resolved then I would call corporate office to see what could be done I know they would handle it, just get the store # and managers name
Ask to speak to the General Manager. I know her, and she would be more helpful. As for the other person, you might want to mention that in the conversation, but keep a civil tone and she will make it right.
First of all you are a paying customer. I would call them back again and speak to a different person. And if they hang up on you again I would call the main office and explain the situation.
