They will assess your items new or used and give it the price that they will sell it for in the store. From that you'll get 50% in store credit or 30% in cash. For example an item priced to sell for $20 dollars you'll get $10 (50%) in store credit or $6 (30%) in cash.
Ive Never Exchanged Clothes There. Ive Only Purchased A Few Items. From What Ive Read Its Really Hit Or Miss. What I Know To Be 100% Fact Is That Their Items Are Over Priced On The Sale End Of Things. My Husband Found A Sweat Shirt There (used) Then He Looked The Brand Up Online. It Turned Out To Be A K-Mart Brand and The Brand New (never used) Sweat Shirt Was $5 LESS @ The Retail Store, Than It Was @ This Thrift Shop. So If You Shop There, Double Check Brands Before You Buy Them. Good Luck.
