Grocery Outlet does take EBT. GREAT store and one of my favorites to shop.
No idea. It's a grocery store and from what I understand about government assistance of this nature is that grocery stores typically accept this for of payment. Having never used it myself, I can't be sure. I would call them to be sure. They are ALWAYS very helpful and friendly when I have called with questions about product availability.
