That's your e-receipt issued by harbor freight for the item you purchased from them... if you're a regular customer, you must have given them your contact number or email ad so they are able to send this to you.
Probably just somebody gave a wrong number. No account charges happen just from the telephone number.
Call the store
I would call the store the receipt was from immediately. Ask for the manager. And find out EXACTLY what it could be. Tis the Season...
If you are a Harbor Freight customer, and they have your email and phone number in the system, then another customer probably had their phone number entered wrong, and so it was associated with your account. It won't cause any problems for you, but they will have problems returning the items! Lol If you have never shopped at HFT, then someone probably entered the email address wrong, and you will begin getting coupons in your inbox! If the receipt had anything valuable or any warranties on it where the person might need to return something, you might be nice and go tell the manager about it, and maybe they can figure out who it was or put a note in the system or something so that the other person can use the warranty.
