Yes totally just when a horse passes hold the dog off to the side the horses are afraid of fast moving animals.

As everyone else said, yes you can and also give way to any horses as it's a popular riding trail. Also, there are several sections by the creek where your dog may want to go get muddy but no spray down area or running water at the trailhead, so be sure to be aware of that if you don't want to drive back home with a swamp monster. :P

Sure, but keep it on a leash and under control, especially when there are horses nearby.

Yes, please keep your pets on a leash and make sure to remove waste. This is a shared use trail with equines and bikes. There have been accidents with unleashed pets and equines which aren't fun. Enjoy this beautiful park.Thank you.
