Puppies? What are your plans?
There is no such thing as free animals anywhere. As a responsible pet owner you have to make sure they have vaccines, spayed/neutered, cared for if ill or hurt. All of this costs money. If you cant provide for any of these cost please refrain from finding any animal because it will most likely end up being put down.
