It’s a reasonable question, as they don’t list themselves as Coach Outlet, as most Coach outlets do. If you google it, they only show one Coach Outlet - in Tulalip. I’m new to the area and would assume it’s a outlet, but sometimes you just never know. There are stores at outlet malls that are t really outlets, but offer ‘special purchase’ prices.
