I'm 17 and want to start lifting weights and exercise. Can I do that here by myself or do I need to bring an adult?

I think you have to be a companied by an adult until you are 18 plus you should have a spotter anyway its good practice but I think they might have personal trainer s there dont quote me though good luck have fun 😋

You can work out on your own. Very good and clean place to work out. Great staff

Yes, membership, then sign up to have introduction to equipment, . You can either work on your own or join in other group sessions.

There is an area upstairs that you have to be at least 15. But, Cherylyn is right, it is always safer to have a workout Buddy.
