We are part of FVRLibraries. If you reside in Clark, Skamania, or Klickitat Counties, or in the City of Woodland or Yale Valley Library District, there is no fee to get a card or use our services. If you live in an area where you have a library, you may be eligible for a reciprocal library card at no cost. Parts of unincorporated Cowlitz County where there is no library service result in users paying a fee of $11 per quarter or $44 per year for an individual or $28.75/$115 for a family. https://www.fvrl.org/library-cards

If you are not from the district (Clark, Klikitat, or Skamania county, or Woodland) there is a non resident fee. Many local libraries have reciprocal agreements so if you have a card say at Multnomah county, you can get one at Battle Ground. If not, It's like $11 for three months.
