Yes, they open @ 8am! I just called the office nothing was said on there machine, so I called their dispatch office and was told that, "Yes, PUD will be open there normal business hours tomorrow, Fri. Oct.12,2018. Monday was originally Columbus Day according to the Calanders, so tomorrow technically is no holiday! :-)
