I am not sure. When I went there I used CareCredit.
Not sure of the actual exam caused but have gone there for several years and most prices have doubled
An exam alone is $60-$70
I can't give you a real number, but I will say that they have some very good prices. Everything I did for my cat here cost me 20-30% less than other vet clinics. And they did a better job too.
