why does it take an hour to make an overpriced sandwich? because it's soggy on the bottom & burnt on top. terrible food, no customer service & extremely overpriced. It cost almost $8 for toast & an egg...

Sounds like they were busy and you really waited 20 minutes but thats just a guess.

I waited a long time for food also....maybe just stick to the baked goods. Cause they are so worth it.

I get the bakery goods and if I want them heated it takes more time than anywhere else but so much better toasty. Staff can be haughty as if they think its cool

But those almond croissants though... 🥐
