Yes they can fix a broken ps4. Before spending a couple hundred bucks to have your ps4 fixed though make sure you go to the playstation website and look at there warranty information and how they treat items that are not covered anymore. I've sent things in before and they've fixed them for free even when the warranty had expired. So make sure and do your homework!!
