My 20002 Beetle has a new scuff mark due to another driver's parallel parking mishap. Do not know if it can be buffed out, or if that section will need to be repainted. Who do you recommend I take my car to?

Not all dealers have body shops, but I think this one does. I'm not sure and recommend to call their service department. Everyone there has been very friendly in my experience. If they can help, they will. Consider also just spending 10$ on a touch-up pen, if it's not too bad of a scuff.
