Never filled up there
I suggest only using premium if you're going to pump Fred Meyer gas. They are not a top tier gas, and so they have no additives added to their gas (BTW, FYI, additives are good)
No, I've never had a problem after fueling up at Fred Meyer. I think the gas is good and at a great price!

Nope. I wiuld have your car checked out. Unless you are outting the wring tyoe of gas in your car it is likely something else that caused your car to stall.
