Why does this say orca card services are available when its not ? like quit wasting customers time

Exactly thats why I say either offer it and have it working or dont offer it at all

Ask liquor store inside the store

From my experience, they did have Orca services at the custumer service desk. With that said, the last time I asked was about 8 months ago. Everytime I go, the customer service desk is always closed.

I don't see that service mentioned anywhere.
