I didn't see Lobster Mac n Cheese on the menu. You might call the restaurant. They might have items which they serve which are not on the menu.
I *called* them on July 25 2019 and asked if they have lobster mac and cheese. They said no. I asked if they've *ever* had it. The person on the phone said they've been going there for something like 10 years, and she couldn't recall them ever having it. So.... I think no is the answer.
