Sedro-Woolley chamber of commerce vehicle registration is open 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. They are not open weekends or federal holidays. Title transfers are not processed after 4:30 p.m. daily. They do occasionally close for lunch hour.
