Do you make Baklava at your bakery?

There's a place in Redmond that specializes in baklava and tiramisu, do a search for it. Mediterranean Breeze may have it. They're a greek restaurant in Olympia. It's not a really difficult thing to make. Try googling an easy recipe that uses frozen puff pastry (most grocery stores carry it). Good luck!

I would call ask bakery they sell lots baked goodies. I'm thinking I have seen that before.

I don't recall seeing baklava there. It is more Western European bread like pastries especially cinnamon rolls
