If you call ahead they may be able to rearrange tables, but I agree with Richie.
No it's not. The door is narrow (has to be physically opened) and the dining floor area cramped. Better order to go if you must or if the wheel chair user can, leave wheelchair outside.
If you call ahead they could accommodate. Drop off at curbside as there are hills from street or parking area.
Tight quarters but I think they could accommodate a wheelchair if they know ahead of time.
