What you are looking for is anything with CBD in it thc will get you high but CBD is more for pain and no high so you could use a whole array of different ways to ingest or rub on witch ever is easier for you.
The woman was extremely helpful. She had told me to order the stuff that doesn't get you high online. I was interested because of the arthritis in my back. I dont really like the high feeling these days. She said dispensaries can only carry a certain milligram and I would probably want something stronger. World of weed has creams and CBD oils that if applied on you area of pain will not get you high. Just help disperse the pain. My husband has a bum hip and uses their CBD for it.
You want low THC and high CBD and I'm pretty sure the shop probably sells a lotion or cream that is only CBD. You may also buy online legally..
