On your first visit you will receive a thorough history, orthopedic, neurologic, and functional exams and based on those findings, if needed, you will be referred to an imaging center for appropriate imaging. The same goes for lab tests. Many patients bring their previous imaging and lab test reports with them if they have had this already. Does this help?
