I'm paying about $85 for a 5x10 it comes with insurance well, my dad pays about $95-100 for a 10x10. It really depends when you ask for the prices. If they have a special going on then you can maybe get a lower price. Also you'll need to pay some money upfront and about $10-15 for their speical locks they use.
