Do you guys have a work bench there? Could you test parts? If so do you charge for that and how much?

They charged me only after they found out what was wrong but I got my computer from them!

They don't have a designated test bed, but can test most parts as needed. Diagnostics usually run between 40 and 100 dollars, but it doesn't cost anything to bring it in and there's a lot they can tell at the counter with no charge. It's best to call or come in so they can get the details of your situation and give you a quote.
