Whatever issues they may be having? There was one guy sitting in there drinking coffee! They do have issues there by looking at all of the reviews, most of the comments are about attitude and wait time.
They are open 24/7 but sometimes they do close or stop serving for a period of time due to whatever issues they may be having. Sorry you got a snotty employee when they usually have a nice staff.
