Likely. You might use root tone and place them in water until roots show. They also seed and you probably can sprout them as well.

We agree with Arthur. Use root tone or similar rooting hormone on cutting. Leaves 2/3 of cutting above ground. Moist peat or sawdust is a good. From our experience the best cutting are taken in late summer or fall. Thanks to you and to Arthur.
