Does pizza hut know how to answer the phone? I'm just saying, maybe if they want to make some money they'd answer the phone.

I have consistently had problems with this location as well. Just FYI, questions on Google Maps are answered by other users and not the business. Try leaving them a review - that is shown to users and also to the business

They do answer the phone everytime l call.

They usually answer the phone but put you on hold if they are talking to another customer in person. It has happened several times that they would answer a call when I am collecting my order and place the caller on hold until I am done collecting my order in person. I always placr my order online or using the app and necer have to call them (except once when I requested a change in the order).
