How do i report an employee?

Call the facility you went to and immediately ask for the manager or you can physically walk in and ask to speak with the manager in person.

I had reported to the manager on an employee and the next time I went back he was gone. They had had several complaints.

I reported an employee before. I went in the next day and ask for the manager, and talk to them. I hardly doubt that corporate ever heard about it, but the behavior did stop. Good luck.
