You should be able to.go to the counter and tell them. As long as it shows you didn't use the tickets you should be able to swap them out. Dont go wondering if. Have the attitude that you know you can and it should work out just fine

Always save the receipt, and tell them there was a misunderstanding or play stupid, and you should be able switch the tickets. No attitude !!
