I've never called and ordered, but I have ordered to go in person and just waited for my food to be done to take home.

They do M-F, but not on weekends.
They will make you one but they aren't dependable. Some time's they are closed for no apparent reason. We were there on Wednesday and they were closed. Why I couldn't say.
