Can I bring my 7 lb chihuahua, emotional support dog, to a seahawks game with her in my front carrier pack? (With earphones of course)

I believe if your dog is a certified service dog it can be brought in. But I would call to be 100% sure. Wouldn't want to have to take it back to car or hotel.
