Old City Hall houses natural history and historical information on whatcom county's changing landscape all housed in a beautiful late Victorian style brick building. The Lightcather was built in 2009 which can be viewed as a work of art itself, and houses traveling Smithsonian shows, national geographic shows, in-house curated shows from their extensive art collection and other personal and museum collections. Date ranges on objects and painting/photos from the earliest of recorded history to the most modern. Shows range from installments, to paintings, ceramics, and so forth

Pretty much paintings of the early days, 1800's on..? They built it as a county courthouse.
