Did the Black Star change hands? Ordered dinner from there. Fish and Chips and it was terrible. Soggy and terrible. I remember them being the best. What happened.

No...same owner. Always commited to quality. Next time if you order is not up to the quality of which you are accostimed...let them know and they with be happy to fix it.
