20mph for those without a drivers licence, and 40mph for those who do. If you race enough times fast enough, you qualify to upgrade to an even faster cart which I believe goes about 50mph

The kid's karts go 20-25 mph, the adult karts go 30-35 and the VIP karts go 35-40

As Sarah said. 30-40 But drive enough and get an upgrade. Course is slick, and spins happen easily.

They kick it pretty good. Not your average cart! If your not careful you will spin out lol.
