Legion Park and Arboretum are wonderful for dogs on leash.
Nice place to walk your dog, but would need to be on leash
I haven't seen a sign saying no. All that said this is a place with rare plants. I am not sure it is a good place for large or unruly dogs

You could bring your leashed dog but it's not really designed for them. There are off leash Parks nearby.
Yes, I would if the dog isn't well behaved though.
